WHY I SWITCHED TO REAL SIMPLE WOOD FLOOR CLEANER:

When your entire house is wood flooring, you want to have a good product for cleaning them!!  For me that means a wood floor cleaner that is effective, affordable, & as natural as possible.  I tried this REAL SIMPLE WOOD FLOOR CLEANER on a bit of a whim.  I had just been using the Norwex mop cleaning my floors with just water on their mop pad.  And, while I like that method to some degree, I just did not quite feel my floors were getting clean enough.  I felt like I wanted something more than just cleaning with water, but hoped to find something that was effective, but more natural than many options.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT REAL SIMPLE WOOD FLOOR CLEANER:

  • It is effective.  I have been very happy with how my floors look after using the product.  I do not notice streaks, nor any buildup.
  • It is much more natural than many choices.  Contains no: caustics, dyes, synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, chlorine, formaldehyde, triclosan, or phosphates. Recyclable Non-Aerosol Bottle – Cruelty Free – Made in USA
  • It smells great! It has Bergamot, Citronella, Ginger, Lemon, & Rosemary oils in it.
  • It is easy to use.  I just dampen my mop pad with water, then spray a small floor area lightly, and mop. It can even be used with a spray mop.

At the time I published this article, it cost $10.99.  Prices can change anytime, however.

Hi! I'm Tara, half of the Growit Buildit duo. I am a frugal DIY enthusiast!! My professional background is in education and counseling, but have spent the last few years as a stay at home mom, which has given me the opportunity to explore my passions that have been put aside for so long. I gravitate towards what I'd consider modern farmhouse style, with a little boho mixed in. I have planned remodels for larger projects, like our kitchen, as well as many smaller DIY projects around our house. In addition, I create a lot of smaller craft projects. I am currently a maker for a local retail boutique in our area called 6ix North. I hope my posts provide you with some useful information for your DIY projects.
